Building of energy-efficient dome houses, we use lightweight, self-supporting Neo-Cor® thermal insulation panels that our company would manufacture.
Neo-Cor® sheets are prefabricated from the innovative Neopor® material.
The material mentioned above corresponds to the European standards DIN EN 13163 as well as fire resistance class B1 according to DIN 4102 and class E according to DIN EN 13501-1 – the classification of the flammability of building materials by the German Institute for Standards. We would also like to point out that Neo-Cor panels are covered with several layers of protective, finishing and sealing materials during the construction process. These materials are manufactured according to TU 5745-001-62106559-13 and belong to the class of non-combustible materials according to GOST 30244-94.

WHY DID WE DEVELOP AND USE THE NEOCOR® PANELS FOR CONSTRUCTION?

Neo-Cor® sheets have very high thermal insulation properties. The heat transfer coefficient is in the range of 0.030 to 0.035 W / (m 2 · K). Which corresponds to the European standards. Neo-Cor® panels are complete and do not require additional insulation. This saves additional work and material for the insulation and considerable costs.
With a thickness of 180 mm, 250 mm and 300 mm, Neo-Cor® sheets are very light. The weight of the plate with a size of 1000 mm * 1000 mm * 180 mm * 250 mm is only 5 kg.
Due to their low weight, the Neo-Cor® panels are easy to transport. One person can easily transfer such panels without using special equipment. This also saves money when loading and unloading.
Due to the weight of Neo-Cor® panels and specially developed connecting elements, a team of only two people can assemble a house within a few hours. In addition, a high level of qualification of the specialists is not necessary. The panels have precisely defined dimensions and are installed in accordance with the enclosed assembly instructions.
The Neo-Cor® panels can be installed without using of cement – sand mortar, and only construction foam wil be used for it. With this factor, you can also significantly reduce the cost of building materials and labor.
Neo-Cor® sheets are vapor permeable and waterproof at the same time, which reduces the risk of rotting and mold. And the graphite contained in the advanced Neopor® material collects and reflects heat radiation.
The Neopor® material from which the Neo-Cor® panels are made has no influence on the structure and quality of the indoor air. Which confirms the international certificate for environmental friendliness.
We also argue that the Neo-Cor® panels maintain a healthy climate in the future house and can save considerable costs from the start of construction to daily use.

WHY IS THIS SHAPE OF HOUSES?

The arched structures of bridges and huge domes of churches, vaults of underground structures and tunnels, the hull of submarines and deep-sea bathyscaphes have the same solid shape as our domed houses.
Dome-shaped houses made of Neo-Cor® panels are light. Therefore, such houses do not require expensive and heavy foundations. A sufficiently light concrete cushion or just a platform on screw piles.
Without heavy foundations and the low weight, the Neo-Cor® panels enable the quick installation of houses in the most inaccessible places and on any type of floor. Also on moving and flooded floors, on slopes and near large trees. This enables us to use our houses as floating structures.

We would like to point out that each project can have several planning options. If you liked the look of the house and the plan for some parameters does not fit, then we adapt the interior for you.
The area of ​​the house and the cost of the kit are given in each project. The kit contains a complete set of panels for self-assembly of the house according to the instructions. Depending on the project, the thickness of the panels can be between 180 mm, 250 mm and 300 mm.
